Pur**e of **ition:
Main goal of this role is to support cost down pro**al generation, development, manage the initial phase (up to Business Case approval) to improve target Project Contribution Margin and CPV Saving for ongoing products profit improvement. He/She Works with ESD China and global V**E team, Component Engineering, R&D, Purchasing and other functions to apply global methodology and process for company value improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with V**E team, Search, monitor, validate and report cost improvement.
2. Support to set V**E target for running product projects, and drive results.
3. Cooperate with Project Management to monitor and improve the Project CM
4. Coordinate with other departments/resources including Sales, R&D, Finance, Commodity, Purchasing, Production Plants to collect V**E ideas and make V**E tasks done in quality in time, by means of meeting, action-plan, project, workshop, etc.
5. Maintain effectiveness of the V**E database, methodology and process.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Engineering;
2. Good understanding to electronics products, including but not limited to product BOM structure, product development and manufacturing process;
3. Proactive, result oriented, able to work independently and work under pressure, with a sense of urgency;
4. Team player and good communicator. Project management experience is an advantage;
5. Good English (reading, writing, speaking).
