职位描述

Pur**e of **ition:
1. Ensure complete Process and Product release of new buy components from external suppliers in cooperation with the development team (Project Buyer, PM, R&D, QMP, MFE, LOG…) before the Start of production.
2. Lead the application of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodology performing Supplier project review, process audit and supplier capacity check.
3. Be part of the Sourcing Process.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support/lead evaluation of potential supplier quality system and improvement actions follow up.
2. Pilot Electronic/Electro-mechanical supplier product/process audit.
3. Lead Supplier APQP/PPAP activities for local suppliers and approve supplier PPAP.
4. Strongly involve the new product technical review between Development/Engineering and supplier and coordinate the relationships.
5. Maintain and upgrade electric components incoming inspection criteria and procedure.
6. Manage the Non-Conforming Complain to suppliers, Lead/follow up supplier corrective actions to close quality issues efficiently and effectively.
7. Monitor performance of supplier quality and act proactively to meet quality excellence target.
8. Quality Agreement negotiation with Supplier.
9. as Misson 3, to support Magneti Marelli globally for new Supplier evaluation and supplier quality issue trouble-shooting.
10. involve the yearly quality target and supplier strategy definition.
Qualification:
1、 Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering, preferred in Electrical/ electric-mechanical engineering.
2、 5 years working experience as engineering/quality role in EMS industry; and if in Automotive Industry as SQE or Quality engineering or design is preferred).
3、 Familiar with Electro-mechanical(ex: PCBA) manufacturing process & product characteristics and QC is a mandatory
4、 Know Electronic components(IC/Active/Passive) specification and quality control, manufacturing process& failure analysis methodology
