职位描述

岗位职责：
1. 负责新项目建设过程中的维修团队组建工作
2. 负责跟进生产设备的导入以及预防性维护工作，满足生产、质量要求
3. 负责新项目导入过程中维修体系的搭建，传递；
4. 实施备品备件管理，优化维修成本和设备利用率

1. Responsible for the establishment of the maintenance team during the new project construction process.
2. Responsible for following up on the import of production equipment and preventive maintenance work to meet production and quality requirements.
3. Responsible for the establishment and transmission of the maintenance system during the new project import process.
4. Implement spare parts management to optimize maintenance costs and equipment utilization.

岗位要求：
电气、机械自动化等专业本科以上学历；
3年以上锂电行业/8年以上汽车行业设备相关工作经历；
5年以上的团队管理工作经验；
Bachelor degree or above in electrical or mechanical automation;
More than 3 years working experience in lithium battery industry/more than 8 years working experience in automotive industry equipment;
More than 5 years of team management experience;

1. 英语口语精通；
2. 熟悉锂电池产品、工艺相关知识；熟悉锂电行业设备；
3. 具备安全管理的知识，以及设备安全管理要求；
4. 较强的工程团队管理能力，较强的跨部门沟通能力；
5. 具备系统、专业的维修管理经验和知识背景；
6. 具备设备全生命周期管理的知识经验体系
7. 具备团队管理相关知识与技巧

1. Fluent in spoken English;
2. Familiar with lithium battery products and process-related knowledge; familiar with equipment in the lithium industry;
3. Possess knowledge of safety management and equipment safety management requirements;
4. Strong engineering team management skills and strong cross-department communication skills;
5. Possess systematic and professional maintenance management experience and knowledge background;
6. Possess knowledge and experience in equipment lifecycle management;
7. Possess knowledge and skills in team management.
