职位描述

We are looking for a new colleague in the E-mobility Dept. at our location in Shenyang, Liaoning.

Your tasks:
• First level support and consulting for business departments.
• Provide training to plant Key users and create training documents.
• Ordering of background change request to the RA SAP Center
• Testing the change request process in testing system.
• Alignment of the change request with business departments.
• Unify the process in SAP with daily business, and prepare the process chart accordingly.
• Monitor and review the process in a regular base to ensure the process is supporting the business efficiently.
• Users access application.
• Monitor actual SAP cost.
• Plant SAP coordinator for BMS project, to coordinate process design, implementation and issue resolving across different departments involving the local process experts (LPEs)/PE/IT in project
• Execution of implementation plan according standard procedure incl. ensuring of milestones.

Your profile:
• 3 years working experience in SAP process management.
• High Knowledge of Business unit’s operations and core processes.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Skillful in MS Office.
• Experience in project management.
