职位描述

Responsibilities: 职责

1. Communicate/Clarify with customer and suppliers as technical interface;

作为技术接口，与客户和供应商沟通、澄清并协调；

2. Identify, collect and analyze customer requirements and feasibilities;

识别、归纳并分析客户的需求及其可行性分析；

3. Negotiate requirement and performance specification to get alignment with customer;

与客户沟通讨论并确定产品的需求和性能的技术规格;

4. Define System requirements(including ME, EE, Optical, performance etc.) and functional requirements (system requirement breakdown), makesure to cover all Customer request;

定义系统需求(包括结构、电子、光学、性能需求等)和功能需求(系统需求的分解，功能需求/流程/时序等)，保证覆盖所有客户需求；

5. Organize requirements review with internal development team and validation team;

组织开发及验证团队进行需求评审，确保需求的准确性与可行性；

6. Support problem solving, track and analyze problems in system level;

支持项目问题解决，从系统角度追踪并分析问题；

7. Define test and calibration requirements, and support Manufacturing during sample building;

定义生产测试校准需求，在各个样件build过程中提供系统支持；
Competency Requirements (能力要求)：
Bachelor degree or above with major in Software/Hardware, Computer, Automotive, or Automation control, or related fields. 大学本科或以上学历，软件/硬件、计算机、汽车、自动化或其他相关专业.
At least 3 years’ experience in Automotive electronics field (Electronic, SW development， requirement definition and validation). 3年或以上汽车电子产品工作经历，包括电子、软件开发、产品需求定义或产品验证
• Familiar with vehicle structure and vehicle ECUs (BCM, Infotainment, Cluster, ADAS…)


熟悉车辆架构和汽车ECU产品(车身控制管理系统，车载娱乐产品，仪表，ADAS…);

• Preferably programming capability, such as be able to analysis and solve product issues with development tools;

有一定的编程能力者优先，例如，能够运用CANoe等开发工具进行产品问题的分析解决；

• Good documentation skill

良好的文档撰写能力;

• Understand the basic requirements of RoHS Directive
