3、负责员工招聘、录用及入职安排
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding arrangement.
4、负责工厂培训体系建立、培训计划的制定、培训过程的组织、培训结果的跟踪与评估
Responsible for making training plans, ensure the training evaluation is reasonable and
effective.
5、协助公司建立科学有效的人员评估体系,定期进行工厂员工盘点,建立健全工厂人才库
Assist HRM to establish a scientific and effective evaluation system, drive talent inventory
and improve the talent pool.
6、建立完善工厂员工沟通渠道,提升工厂人员凝聚力
Establish and improve the communication channels of employees to enhance the
cohesion.
7、负责工厂劳动争议的处理
Responsible for handling labor relations.
任职要求:
1、本科学历,人力资源或管理类相关专业
Bachelor degree, major in human resources or management etc
2、三年以上人事相关工作经验
Above 3 yearsHR related working experience
3、熟练办公软件操作,良好的英文听说读写能力,英语四级或以上
Familiar with office software, good english abliliy, CET-4 or above
4、较强的沟通能力和解决问题能力
Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
5、熟练的英语听说读写能力
Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill
