职位描述

岗位目的：
1.作为客户质量窗口负责传递客户的质量要求到内部过程、前期PPAP认可和日常质量工作交流。
As communication window with customer, responsible for transformation of the customer quality requirement to internal process, development phase PPAP approval and daily quality work communication.
2.主导处理客户端问题的确认、围堵和分析及汇报
Leader the confirmation, contamination, analysis and handle report of customer concerns.
3.客户端满意度提高及改善。
Customer satisfaction improve.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities
1.参与并支持新项目期间客户质量要求的识别，包括CTQ、CTP质量特性、使用风险及批准要求。
Participate in and support the handling of identification of the customer quality requirement including CTQ, CTP quality characteristics, usage risk and approval requirement etc. during new project phase.
2.主导客户量产后年度审核及支持体系审核.
Lead the customer annual audit and support customer system audit after SOP.
3.主导客户端的满意度调查及相关问题的提高和改善.
Lead Customer satisfaction and relevant questions improve.
4.主导客户端0km问题快速响应、分析，协调和跟踪整改措施和横向展开。
Lead quick response, analysis of customer 0km issue, coordinate and follow-up the corrective actions and read across.
5.主导客户端售后问题快速响应、分析，协调和跟踪整改措施和横向展开。
Lead quick response, analysis of customer 0km issue, coordinate and follow-up the corrective actions and read across.
6.协助内外部客户端变更及沟通.
Coordinate internal and external customer change and communication.
7.协助内外部质量系统，过程及产品审核
Coordinate internal and external system, process & product audits.
8.培训并提升员工对质量要求，质量意识以及过程控制点的理解
Train and promote employees on quality requirement and awareness, in-process controls.
9.能够完成领导交代的其他任何
To complete the task that given by leader.
10.遵守公司EHS规定，涉及健康、安全和环境的潜在风险、事件需要立即主动报告直线主管。
Comply with ZF EHS rules, and actively report health, safety, and environmental potential risk/accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area.

岗位要求：
1.3-5 年（或以上）制造型企业质量工作经验
3-5 or more years manufacturing industry quality working experience.
2.熟练掌握客户质量要求，如：FORMEL-Q，BIQS，VDA6.1&VDA6.3
Familiar with customer quality requirements, such as: FORMEL-Q，BIQS，VDA6.1&VDA6.3 etc
3.质量相关工具，如FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, 过程审核.
Experienced in quality-related tools such as FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, Process audit.
4.有汽车零部件行业机构件组装经验优先考虑
Experienced background in mechanical assembly in an automotive industry is an added advantage.
