1、Establish and improve the daily administrative management system of the company, and put forward improvement suggestions for the problems in the implementation;建立和完善公司日常行政管理制度,对执行中的问题提出改善建议;
2、Strictly control the use of administrative procurement costs and budget; Office supplies, fixed assets and other management inventory, as well as application for procurement, and various administrative expenses reimbursement; Inspection and repair of equipment and facilities in the office area;严格管控行政采购成本、预算的使用;办公用品、固定资产等管理盘点,以及申请采购、以及各种行政费用报销;办公区域的设备设施的检查报修;
3、Responsible for the management of the company's vehicles, drivers, canteen, greening, cleaning, express delivery and dormitory;负责公司车辆、司机、食堂、绿化、保洁、快递、宿舍的管理工作;
4、Responsible for staff travel tickets and hotel booking work;负责公司员工差旅机**及酒店的预订工作;
5、Responsible for the management of the company's meeting room, coordinate the use of the meeting room by various departments, and provide conference logistics services;负责公司会议室的管理,协调各部门对会议室的使用,提供会议后勤服务工作;
6、Planning and organizing the company's important reception, collective activities and large conferences and annual meetings;公司的重要接待、集体活动和大型会议及年会的策划与组织;
7、Responsible for the channel development and personnel recruitment of front-line recruitment负责一线招聘的渠道开发以及人员招聘;
8、Assist in the execution and completion of the annual recruitment plan and conduct progress analysis of the recruitment plan协助执行并完成年度招聘计划并对招聘计划进行进度分析;
9、Cooperate with the department manager to arrange other work 配合部门经理安排其他工作
工作要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, excellent ability can be relaxed;大专及以上学历,能力优秀者可适当放宽;
2. 3 years or above administrative management experience, major in human resource management or related;3年及以上行政管理工作经验,人力资源管理或相关专业;
3. Excellent professional knowledge and ability related to human resource management;优秀的人力资源管理相关专业知识及能力;
4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.英语听说读写能力良好。
