职位描述

Job Responsibility:
1.BSW AUTOSAR Architect design/improvement & drive its timely implementation into production.
2.Work with system architects and engineers to analyze system requirements and define the BSW configuration strategy.
3.Provide guidance and support for AUTOSAR BSW configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
4.Define/Maintain High Level SW Design or SW Architecture Design with clear modules’ RASIC in proper process tracking.
5.Cross team working, communication and coordination within team.
6.Supports the SW project leader to drive BSW daily feature evolution and technical issues fixing.

Qualifications (Mandatory):
1.Expertise experience on High Level SW Design, SW Architecture Design based on AUTOSAR BSW with toolchain from Vector/ETAS/EB or others.
2.Multi-project platform (at least 2 project) SW module/ interfaces design experience on ZCU/Body Product
3.Architecture level capability for issue solving.
4.AUTOSAR BSW modules (PDUR, COM, NVM, HSM, DIAG, etc.) Architect Design and Optimization, especially on multi-core

Other skills that we would welcome (Optional):
1.Development tool chain knowledge (e.g., GIT, JIRA, confluence, Doors)
2.Multinational Team working, coordination with Team Management experience.
3.AUTOSAR Platform strategy to simplify the AUTOSAR BSW Integration and development
4.Functional Safety/Cybersecurity standard and design rules (e.g., ISO 26262 & ISO 21434) knowledge
5.Basic English(Oral, Read, Write)
