职位描述

Responsible for the following activities:
1.Work with Software(SW) project team to achieve SW development targets
2.Exchange SW development solution in SW team and report the SW Project leader for project development
3.Write SW technical documents to keep SW development in tracking
4.Software architecture design and optimize, system analyze and daily technical issues
5.Following A-SPICE standard to achieve development
6.Collects and shares knowledge of design best practice through intranet updates, readings, and presentations for designers, engineers and managers across the company
7.Participate to the offers, design and validation of the projects
8.Supports the SW project leader in daily technical issues
9.Responsible for the accuracy of the design/improvement work & its timely implementation into production

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree, major in electronic or with relevant background
2.At least 6 years embedded SW development experience
3.C/C++ language Software design and RTOS knowledge, have rich experience in Linux, Android/ QNX BSP SW development, etc
4.Have strong skill in Low layer Driver and BSP development,
ex: SPI, eMMC, USB, Ethernet, LVDS, WIFI etc
5.Have strong software design skill and design patterns knowledge
6.Have automotive working background is better
7.Knowledge of A-SPICE or CMMI is plus
8.Basic knowledge on HW is Must(Knowledge on hardware design and microcontrollers, ex Renesas, Freescale, NXP, TI and Qualcomm)
9.Synthetic and precise, organized, working on detail
10.Customer orientation, Willing to travel, Able to work under pressure (limited resource and time)
11.Fluent English (oral, reading, listening and writing) is mandatory
12.Good communications skills
