职位描述

We are looking for a Display Technical Specialist/Expert inside the R&D Function for the Els Cluster and I&T display produce.

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

 Support quotations of global display project.

 Review display technical solution & BOM and output optimization solution.

 Support local and overseas optical designer to solve the quality issue about display.

 Output the technical solutions based on customer expectations or concepts.

 Integrate & coordinate display supply chain resources to output highly competitive solutions.

 Guide suppliers to complete development according to Marelli standards.

 Collaborate with QA/Purchasing team to complete supplier development and management.

 Organize design reviews between suppliers and Marelli R&D center, including global Marelli.

 Maintain global display project lessen learn/Norm/FMEA.

 Study new display technologies and define display product roadmaps.

 Report the workload and achievements to the professional line team leader.



Position in Marelli GZ organization

 Operational : Local ELs Optical Manager

 Functional : Global Display Platform Manager



Key Skills



 At least 5 years of experience in display field

 Advanced English read and write skills, basic oral English communication skills

 Display development experience (automotive, consumer, avionics, industrial business areas)

 Experienced in display mechanical or optical design

 Be familiar with LCD/LED/OLED display technologies

 Be familiar with TLCM/FOG/BLU/CG/TP/Bonding process technology and technical.

 An experience in automotive display field or Tier1 would be a plus

Education background



 Bachelor degree or above, optics, mechanical, display produce engineering or relevant field
