Your Roles&Responsibilies

- Strategically and operationally develop Purchasing budget, Forecast and allocations based on market trends together with Sales, Purchasing and Controlling.

- Maintain control of purchasing costs and assist with preparation of tracking of Purchasing Controlling data, as well as, coordinating monthly results with controlling team

- Performs a stringent performance management and appreciatively challenges the organization against agreed targets

- Measurement of Purchasing performance and make sure that countermeasures are developed in case of non-achievement

- Further development of Purchasing KPIs and global reporting standards

- Enables management with transparency on all relevant purchasing KPIs in a timely manner and in the required granularity; it provides KPIs and analyses in formats that allow for intuitive judgment and enable decision making

Your skills&Strengths

- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance (preferred), Supply Chain.

- 2+ years of purchasing experience, or business experience in an Automotive Manufacturing Tier 1 environment (cross-functional ex**ure preferred – technical and commercial experience).

- Logic and sensitive to data/process/systems

- Advanced level of MS Excel required including developing pivot tables, v-lookups, power BI, data analysis and data manipulation.

- Strong financial cost analysis, market analysis, continuous improvement, problem solving, time and process management skills.

- Relevant working experience in Controlling or purchasing function is strongly preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English); Fluent English is a must
