Your role & responsibilities
- Key Contact for China functional HR IT topics (SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur)
- Assure global HR guidelines and definitions are followed and make necessary changes in country level
- Support the training for new systems implementation and functionalities enablement
- Coordinate global related testing as well as functionality releases and change requests
- Key Contact for regional HR IT compliance and audit topics, follow up on findings on action plans implementation and execution.
- Ensure up-to-date process documentation, training materials, guidelines, and process design for regional processes (supported within respective SSC) as well as related Q&As
- Coordinate and support China Data Protection Management System, ensure HR data is compliant and safeguarded internally and externally
Your skills & strengths
- Experience within HR system related projects in an international environment
- Good understanding of integrated HR IT systems and processes
- Knowledge about data privacy and compliance related requirements could be an advantage.
- Knowledge of time management and payroll processing rules ideally within SAP HCM
- Good organization, planning, and communication skills
- Good team player who is self-driven, service- and result oriented personality.
- Fluent in conversational and written English
