Business Support Specialist Asset Management (Asia)
Your Roles & Responsibilies
-Support the operation of the new S/4 HANA template via IT ticket system handling and solving and SAP GRC authorization request processing
-Participate and execute test cases during our global regression tests and the yearly OPRAmobile updates
-Support the Asset Management RPS during the deployment Hypercare phase; solve existing issues and transfer open topics into JIRA (project management tool) or IT ticket system
-Communicate changes / updates within the template to the local key users (LPS) and take care of request from the plants
-Yearly training of the LPS (template updates or process content refreshing)
-Participate in regular meetings with the Asset Management template team
Your Skills & Strengths
-Solid understanding of cross-functional processes incl. the respective implementation in SAP systems, ideally in S/4 HANA
-Extensive knowledge of business unit processes in the Asset Management (Production Maintenance / Real Estate Management) environment
-Preferable Know-how in the Asset Management special applications OPRAmobile and pit-FM
-Previous experience in IT support role that includes ticket tracking, customer support etc.
-Safe handling of known IT applications (M365, etc.)
-Independent, Structured, solution-oriented and proactive way of working
-Team spirit, conceptual thinking, Interested in training others and knowledge sharing
-Very good communication skills and team spirit
-Good command of written and spoken English
