职位描述

Main Responsibilities will be:
1.To Build & Lead BE Application SW team to achieve project development
2.To manage team budget
3.To collects and shares knowledge of design best practice
4.To support RFI/RFQ

Qualification (Mandatory):
1.Experience in several key BE feature (Door control, Power window, Seat control, Lock, Rear view mirror, e-Fuse, Lighting…)
2.Rich experience on ZCU product
3.Rich experience in team building and management (goal setting, hiring, training, successor definition, workload, budget, investment…)
4.Analytic tools and methodologies (e.g.: FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, DFA, reliability)
5.Functional Safety standard and design rules (e.g.: ISO 26262)

Other skills that we would welcome (Optional):
1.Experience in several ZCU feature (VCU, EPB, Suspension, Air Spring Valve, Continuous Damping Control, PEPS, Thermal control…)
2.Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
3.Standard Development Processes (A-Spice)
4.Fluent in oral English
