Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
Responsible for resource planning in the assigned zone
Responsible for all KPIs (within the assigned zone) for ensuring the production results are achieved in the required quantity and quality, working together with the Production Manager
Improving KPIs by optimizing the organizational and production workflows at the workstations and interfaces
Leading the Meeting Point within the shop floor management for the assigned zone
Participating to ensure that workstations and systems have an efficient, ergonomic design
Escalating technical, quality-related or tool-specific problems to the relevant party
Providing machine capacities to assist with maintenance and repair work on the systems
Responsible for continuous improvements in the assigned area in terms of EKOS methods and processes, health & safety and an ergonomic working environment
Responsible for the instruction and training of employees
Responsible for compliance with safety regulations
