JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:

To lead the analytical and controlling process of the busines unit, highlight the business risks, provide innovative solution and co-drive the sustainable & profitable growth with busines unit

To provide support to superior on handling complex controlling topics with more efficient cross communication and output

JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:

Understand key business drivers and provide business with accurate, timely, and relevant information for decision-making via analysis processes and finance/accounting perspective as well as develop new processes for improvements

Deliver complete and accurate financial reports and analysis on timely，Assure daily operation in compliance



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

Deliver complete and accurate financial reports and analysis on timely（including break-even analysis, scenario calculations）,and discussion

with the management and BU core team;

Coordination & review of budget, forecast and medium-term planning，and analysis risk and opportunity,ensure business development.

Manage the monthly business review process. Provide analysis and overview on net sales, profitability, segment performance,

hourly rate,price & mix development,order intake, collection etc.

Examination and analysis profitability calculations for RFQs and PEP projects， and make highly profitable financial recommendations and

facilitate business decision making..

Be accountable for overall margin tracking, spending management，analysis and provide professional financialt recommendations to support

annual commercial policy setup.

Long term and short team project financial feasibility study, as well as execution monitoring.

Drive continuous improvement in Finance process and capabilities.

Drive business continualy improve，Tracking of measures to improve the results(V**E, Projects KPI, …)

Provide ad-hoc analysis as required by Management

Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation





MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST H**E)/基本岗位任职条件:

Minimum 6 years of profound experience in business unit / project controlling of an Manufacturing plant

Project controlling & Planting Controlling

Very good SAP-knowledge of the controlling modules CO/PS/PM/SD;



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO H**E)/优先考虑条件:

More than 6 years related experiences

Automotive industry

Be Familiar with SAP system

Experience of driving performance improvement
