Job Description:
Support the business processing of service repair orders and accessory orders, including order verification, preliminary approval, order entry, invoicing, and subsequent invoice delivery.
Support on order to cash process, and AR chasing, overdue invoice clearance.
Dealing with all service-related import/export custom clearance.
Local stock management and audit.
Service NPS customer call.
Business related support and daily reports for analysis.
Sales/Service support specialist resides in the Sales/service team, acting as an important link between Service & Sales, enabling improvements in sales/service and order handling effectiveness.
All other work assigned by line manager.
Education:
Bachelor degree or above in international trade, logistic is preferred.
Experience:
5+ years related experience and/or training.
Knowledge:
1. CET-6. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
2. Excellent communication skills, well organized and self-motivated.?
3. Customer focused with active attitude and passion to achieve high performance.
4. Familiar with the systems such as MSCRM and SAP.
5. Proficient at Office software for daily work.
