职位描述

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Leads the international (CN, US, DE, etc.) development &application team (including
System, Electronics HW/SW , Mechanical , Lab) to fulfill the development &application target.
2. Establish and follow-up the detailed work-packages to meet the milestones.
3. Ensure to achieve engineering, quality, budget and milestones KPIs.
4. Apply standardization engineering process guidelines. And ensure all necessary design revise are performed, perform system test and trouble shooting ;
5. Promote products in China with BD/Product Manager.
6. Participant and contribute innovation activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s or above degree in Electronics or Software engineering.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Automotive Electronics.
3. Know how to perform test with CAN related tools on bench and vehicle, handle problem solving on customer side ;
4. Deep understanding of automotive engineering/project management processes.
5. Pro-active and self-motivation.
