Pur**e of **ition:

To design physical components according to customer specs working with Product engineer and other members of Component Team, to complete the design including modification and new products based on the customer’s request and according to Marelli design book with right procedure.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Take in charge the 3D model and drawing, IMDS and CAMDS according to Marelli standard method of component's Design, defining the right dimensions, tolerances, materials and the respect of Marelli Standard and Specification and DFMEA.

2.Be responsible of the quality for the release and update the design book / tolerance stack / guidelines/lessons learnt / definition of standard drawings and prescriptions / specification / DFMEA/ prototype control plan / IMDS and CAMDS / ELV / validation plan & report and guarantee their implementation

3.Work with the plant and the suppliers concerning the product and process feasibility / V**E / WCE / bench mark to have reliable and robust product for production and itself robustness

4.Work with simulation engineer to have right simulation boundary and methodology definition to have representative simulation input and result to guide design.

5.Validation plan and DOE definition for the troubleshooting on product quality issue solving for the development and production.

6.Other tasks assigned by line Manager and product engineer as well as Senior Designer

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical Design

2.Min.3 years working experience in Auto Industry

3.Good capability in speaking and writing in English

4.Good knowledge of CAD System 2D-3D (CATIA-AUTOCAD-PRO_E-UG), Teamcenter

5.Knows theory of GD&T, Tolerance stack ,APQP, PPAP, SPC, Program Management, Cost Control, Product & Industrialization Understanding.

6.Capacity to apply FMEA, MSA, ISO/TS16949

7.Experience requested at least in one of the following technologies: Aluminum Casting, Plastic (Nylon) Molding, Steel Trimming & Bending, Assembly of Components.

8.Virtual simulation and functionality & durability validation knowhow are necessary to ensure right product development

9.Good learning skill, as well as interest and enthusiasm in acquiring experience.

10.Good communication and relationships skill.

11.Availability of extra time work and Job journey

12.Experience of Engine Component Design and The knowledge on mechatronic component EMS system integration is a plus.
