职位描述

Job Responsibility
1.Be responsible for routine production management, organize daily production to ensure the implementation of production plan;
2.Work with logistic to make the monthly/weekly and daily production plan according to the customer order ;
3.Manage and monitor key performance index, such as labor losses, daily output, product/material quality, scrap rate, machine up time, direct labor efficiency and etc;
4.Make necessary communication with process engineer, maintenance people, quality and other departments staff to solve the problems related to production;
5.Implement MMS in operation;
6.Other tasks assigned by Manager in a certain periods.

工作职责：
1、负责日常生产管理，组织日常生产，确保生产计划的实施;
2、与物流部门合作，根据客户订单制定月/周、日生产计划;
3、管理和监控关键绩效指标，如人工损耗，日产量，产品/材料质量，废品率，机器运行时间，直接人工效率等;
4、与工艺工程师、维修人员、质量等部门人员进行必要的沟通，解决与生产有关的问题;
5、开展MMS活动，组织好GKD的实施；
6、完成生产经理交代的其他任务。

Qualification:
1. University diploma or above, majored in mechanical engineering or engine；
2. Minimum 3-years production supervisor working experience, preferable in automotive industry;
3. Good PC skills;
4. Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must;
5. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

任职资格：
1.、大学本科或以上学历，机械类专业;
2.、3年以上生产主管工作经验，汽车行业优先;
3.、良好的电脑办公软件技能;
4.、基本的英语听说读写能力，英语四级以上;
5.、优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力。
