职位描述

Job Responsibilities:
1.Make initial process analysis and quotation for new projects (including components make or buy analysis, equipment and tooling investment);
2.New project initiatives pro**al and push the new project in process development phase;
3.Qualify the machines at supplier, prepare, organize and lead installation in the production plant, performing qualification, and support production ramp-up
4.Support project manager to make some samples; Make pre-acceptance at supplier’s plant; Install and debug the production line and validate the final process;
5.Prepare relevant process documents (including layout of shop floor, equipment and tooling technical contract, process flow chart, PFMEA, Process card, WIs, package and delivery specification);
6.Support quality team to deal with customer compliant and customer audit;
7.Be responsible for maintaining process and problem solving during mass production
8.Support all engineering change activities impacting the manufacturing process;
9.Support IATF 16949 requirements
10.Other jobs as assigned by Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics or electronics
2.At least three years of working experience as a assembly engineer
3.For those with academy degree, 3~5 years of working experience is acceptable
4.Be familiar with Press and Crimping and Leakage Test
5.Be familiar with Screwing and EOL and camera detection.
6.Be familiar with Poka Yoke and MES traceability system
7.Familiar with engine oil pump or throttle process；Having the PLC knowledge is preferred.

7.负责量产过程中的工艺维护和问题解决
8.支持所有影响生产过程的工程变更活动;
9.支持IATF 16949要求
10.其他由制造工程经理安排的工作。

任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历，机械或电子相关专业
2.三年以上装配工程师工作经验
3.大专以上学历者，可考虑3~5年工作经验
4.熟悉压接、压接和漏电测试
5.熟悉旋紧、EOL和摄像机检测。
6.熟悉Poka Yoke和MES追溯系统
7.熟悉发动机油泵或节气门工艺，有PLC相关知识者优先。
