职位描述

Job Responsibilities：
1. Lead Design to Cost: TPL is responsible to monitor the spending of the R&D during Design Phase
2.Plan project technical activities and staffing
3.Organizes regular team meetings, assigning and following up task to team members (e.g. action plan)
4.Coordinate internal/external technical activities and resources involved in the project in his/her competences areas
5.Ensure compliance with customer requirements
6.Manages the functional requirements of the product reviewing specification with the customer
7.Guarantee achievement of objectives in terms of time, quality and costs
8.Track and submit reports on project progress; keeps updated list of actions and monitors their completion progress (List of Open Points), writing meeting reports
9.Support the Project Manager in aligning budget and resources needs and managing the specific Product development risks


Qualification:
1.Bachelor or above degree major in Automation / Automotive / Communication / Electronic / Software design and related, master is preferred
2.HW/SW design background, having knowledge on industrial/automotive buses, such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Bluetooth…
3.＞=5 years of professional experience, preferable in automotive field
4.Must be curious on all kind of technology like SW, HW or mechanics
5.Have experience in technical strategy design, one or more of the following tools: UML, Matlab, Rational… will be in advance
6.Project management skill is must and be able to manage cross RD sections to meet customers timing, cost and quality level.
7.Fluent English communication skills
8.Synthetic and precise, organized, working on detail
9.Customer orientation, Willing to travel, Able to work under pressure (limited resource and time)
10.Knowledge and skills about OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, ITAF 16949
