Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible of the quality of the product development and is involved in the quality rate of the product during mass production.
2. Define the architecture of products with Product Engineer and development Supervisor and ensure the feasibility of sub objectives.
3. Manager customer relation and communication with t he commercial of the core team
4. Coordinate and lead the development team around his project:
*Define schedule and milestone
*Assign the sub-objectives to product engineer
*Choose the priority and the problems interdisciplinary.
*Monitor the motivation and achievement of objectives.
5. Control the making of prototype in line with the requirements of clients, assist the solution of **sible crisis during the step of pre series and start up of production.
6. Monitor the analysis of competition in specific area, and the GIRC in company.
7. Manager the follow up of DAC, technical documents & standards and relevant consultation.
8. Train and manager a group of project personnel in line with requirements of quality procedure.
9. Follow the **sible modification of on going products, ensure the the technical coordination whether requires in the same way as for new products.
10. Responsible of the coherence of development and product costs compare to initial engagement (budget, initiative)
11. Participate to the industrialization of the product by providing necessary information and product modification needed by the process engineer;
12.Continue drive the organization to compliant with IATF 16949;
13. Other works given by Mgr.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor or above, major in electronics,
2. At least 5 years work experiences in automotive development
3. The experience in project management (quality, cost and planning) is necessary
4. Synthetic and precise, organized, working on detail
5. Customer orientation, Willing to travel, Able to work under pressure (limited resource and time)
6. Knowledge and skills about OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001,TS16949
7. Fluent English (oral, reading, listening and writing) is mandatory
8. Good communications skills
9. Having passport and driver license, willing to travel
10. Certified as IATF16949 internal auditor.
