Main Tasks:
1、Generation and development of technical cost savings ideas through various activity types (Design Reviews/DtC & DfM Analysis/in- & external deep dive Workshops/Benchmarking etc.) for one of the following technology Clusters: Iron & Aluminum Castings + Machining、Electromechanical Assemblies
2、Detailed assessment & coordination of idea development related to technical/commercial feasibility (business cases) with x-functional teams
3、Preparation of calculations/presentations and further data to support business decisions and obtain Management approvals
4、Track detailed status, monitor development & implementation progress for multiple parallel projects, pro**ing mitigation plans in case of deviations/roadblocks and assure necessary escalations w/ Top Management
Your profile:
1、Technical background, Master of Science degree in Mechanical/Process Engineering or comparable
2、Deep knowledge about design rules, technology requirements, manufacturing processes & state of the art production facilities across the globe for one of the a.m. technology clusters
3、Strong moderation, communication and matrix skills with team spirit
4、Deep knowledge of domain specific state of the art Design/FEM/Simulation Tools & Databases (Catia/Magma/Windchill) + Microsoft Office
5、Global thinking, results oriented, advanced organizational skills including attention to details
6、Ability and willingness to work under pressure (deadlines, balancing)
7、Good English skills for an international environment (EU, NA, AP). German skills are a big advantage
8、Driving license, ability and willingness to travel
