职位描述

职责描述：
1.To report to the section head, the progress of all his projects and tasks.
2.To review all Customer specification and establish an internal specification.
3.To make action plan and counter measure for non-conformity test.
4.To be responsible of the timeliness of all development related activities of his projects.
5.To take care of all equipment and instruments belonging to the department
6.To carry the yearly requalification test agreed with customer.
7.Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.

任职要求：
1.Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, equivalent or higher; 1 year experience in the development of product reliability and reliability testing for automotive industry. Fresh graduate with good interpersonal skills will be considered.
2.Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must;
3.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
