职位描述

We are looking for a colleague in the Quality Department at our location in Zhangjiagang.
Your tasks:
To build-up, promote, implement and assess the effectiveness of plant-wide quality systems.
Lead and conduct Quality system training, and improvement workshop if need, to drive on plant quality systems improvement.
Oversees the formulation and control of quality systems documentation including procedures and work instructions.
Analysis of the overall requirements of IATF16949 and ZF Global structure，and close gaps
Organize, coordinate quality management system internal audit and improvement plan follow up 

Your profile:
Bachelor degree or above.
Fluent English language skill.
Understand customer specific requirements for quality systems, e.g. Formel-Q, Volvo, COEM.
Qualified latest version of IATF16949 internal auditor.
Familiar with core tools / processes of Automotive Industry, e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Layered Process Audit, etc.
Ability to cope with pressure with proactive working attitude.
