职位描述

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Do emergency repair and preventive maintenance for the equipment;

• Make preventive maintenance and continuous improvement plan for equipment and gripper, increase availability time;

• Assist maintenance-pre-production leader to improve team’s technical level;

• Provide technical support for equipment development and manufacturing solutions;

• Install and debug new equipment and gripper.

• Complete other temporary task assigned by superior leader;

• Assist in equipment and production line optimization;

• React to any unexpected events occurring in the pre-production workshop

• Complete the work related to MMD lean production management system

• Comply with the quality and environment standards, procedures and instructions.





REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): College degree in engineering Majors

LANGUAGES: Basic command of Oral & Written English



EXPERIENCES:

• At least 2 years working experience as maintenance engineer;

• At least 3 years working experience in vehicle company;



CAPABILITIES (Marelli Behaviors and Technical Skills) / CULTURAL FIT: Good command, Team work focus, excellent communication skills.

OTHER INFORMATION & SPECIFIC SKILLS

• Good executive;

• Good at fault repair and preventive maintenance of injection molding machine, metallization and painting line

• Open mind and fast learning

• Strong team spirit;

• Good at Microsoft Office 、PLC and Robot system;

• MMD knowledge;

• Familiar with handling and prevention of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems;

• Hardworking, no bad habits, can accept overtime.
