职位描述

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Support to define and monitor project development planning, resource and efforts evaluation

 Responsible for new RFI/RFQ and project development, ensure design solution with feasibility and reliability and in line with clients and low cost & high productivity requirement

 Lead and support mechanical design activities, ensure the design and validation matching cost and quality requirements; Maximize commonalities and platform approaches

 Responsible for design output, ensure all documentation on designing activities for content and accuracy, CAD data feasibility and reliability, assure timely deliverables

 Responsible for analysis critical issue of design and validation, report to core team and top manager

 Responsible for reviews or specific events at customer site and be available on-site support customer plants in case of specific mechanical potential issues for a long term

 Responsible for mold and part validation and solve running products issues

 Responsible for lesson learn and benchmark data base and development procedure maintenance

 Responsible for designer and new comer on board training

 Support company to realize cost down and high-technology development





REQUIREMENTS



EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): University degree or similar

LANGUAGES: English fluent, additional language is preferred

EXPERIENCES:

 Bachelor degree or technical diploma in mechanical Engineering

 At least 5 years of experience in automotive components design

 Familiar with 3D design tool of CREO or CATIA

 Mechanical know how and methodology

 Experience in the development of interior parts, especially cluster or display

 Experience in movement display development is plus

 Experience in active and passive heat dissipation

 Capability to work with multinational distributed teams

 Customer orientation, able to work under pressure and works motivation
