职责描述:
Customer complaint management客户投诉管理
• Responsible for Customer Complaint Management handle according SP1902
• Customer claim quick response, finalize 8D report
• Assessment of 8D report and verification of 8D’s action.
• Follow up and monitor the customer’s ECR after SOP
• Deviation management and customer’s concession application.
• Responsible to accompany customer audits and follow up related audit findings / action plans to support the customer Audit/Visits.
• Lead customer’s return parts handle process.
• Negotiate with customer about defect catalogue and release it for internal.
• Lesson learn to train staff for customer and internal failure.
• Systematically support internal teams continue improvements avoid repeat and stupid case happened. and lead PS in VSM
• The quality of customer service
Process quality过程质量管理:
• Manage and control the unusual case in VSM(4M1H)
• Monitor and follow up change points of workshop
• Drive VS line to improve scrap/rework/waste/concession of VS line
• Lead NCR handle and block parts management
• QRQC/QCC activity implementation and training support on site.
• Make sure stable measuring device on site and do stocktake by quarter
• Standard process and measuring management, keep stable SPC
• Lead product & process & LPA audit and follow VSM’s findings
• Participate in the formulation and modification of process quality control system; Monitor process operation according to quality procedure and CP/WI.(traceability…)
• TOP5 quality problem analyse monthly and Lead Q meeting with VSM.
• Standardize the quality and process control methods
• Coordinate new project process and product verification and prelaunch control in VS line
• Do the customer/process quality management training for new staff of VS line.
• Coach shift leader/team leader/operator/technician with quality and process discipline
• To carry out the tasks assigned by the operation manager.
PQT Management过程质量技术员管理:
• Coach PQT exactly implement daily process quality control requirement and regulation
• Train PQT take process control task and have basic PS skill
• Do the performance review of PQT
• Regularly define and update the skill matrix of PQT
任职要求:
熟悉机加工流程
质量管理体系要求(IATF16949/VDA6.3/VDA6.5)
掌握过程质量管理、问题解决及协调技能
熟练掌握8D/5Why问题解决方法/5 Auto法
具备一定领导力
具备冲突处理及沟通技巧
具备一定的英文书写及口语能力
至少5年过程质量控制工作经验
至少5年汽车行业制造企业背景
