Position Overview:
The Electronic Design Manager is responsible for providing professional technical support in the Electronic Design process. You will be responsible for the development and design of hardware modules related to car body mirrors and lighting system.
Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the hardware technology route planning of Lights, Mirrors or body electronics related products; Participate in complex part mold solution reviews to ensure the mold structure meets product functional requirements.
2. Responsible for the professional docking of the hardware part of the customer's project, customer demand assessment and decom**ition and hardware solution development;
3. Responsible for or leading the hardware team to work on the decom**ition of the hardware system program, and make reasonable work distribution in order to efficiently meet the requirements of the project;
4. Responsible for the capability enhancement and organizational development of hardware team, including hardware design, hardware testing;
5. Responsible for in-vehicle cameras, CMS, DMS and lighting related hardware product development, integration, calibration, testing and verification, cost control, quality management;
6. Responsible for lead hardware product development, production, testing, validation and resolution of technical and quality issues after mass production;
7. Complete other assigned tasks by the leadership.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in automotive, electronics, automation, vehicle engineering or electromechanical related majors.
2. At least 10 years of experience and expertise in auto electronics design and automotive manufacturing, in-vehicle cameras, and other related projects, product experience electronic design experience is preferred
3. Familiar with ECE, SAE and China's automotive regulations and standards for automotive electronic products, and familiar with customer technical requirements for related products.
4. Familiar with PCB Layout, AD(Altium Design) and other software for product design. At the same time have a certain degree of circuit analysis and simulation technology knowledge
5. English can be used as the working language.
6. Cost-conscious with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Able to collaborate with different departments such as design and manufacturing to achieve common goals.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts and ideas.
9. Sensitivity to quality standards and engineering requirements with a commitment to compliance.
10. Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of working under tight project deadlines.
11. Desire and ability to continuously learn and keep up with mold technologies and innovations.
