Position Overview
This **ition supports the supply chain risk management in Asia to identify troubled supplier in terms of financial risks and bridge his rich finance knowledge with business operation to support sourcing decision for purchasing department and build up the sharp business acumen of Automotive Industry.
Job Responsibility
SCRM Implementation
-Work closely with divisional purchasing team to implement up-to-date supplier risk management policy and procedures to minimize the financial risks of suppliers.
-Monitor purchasing team's execution of supplier risk management policy and procedures in regions.
-Keep close communication with divisional purchasing team and management team on feedbacks and follow-up action plan.
-Data maintenance that includes all evaluation reports and results uploading to internal purchasing database, data analysis of purchasing raw data by commodity/ region /divisional etc. and timely data filing by paper and electronic tools.
-Assists in the preparation of materials and metrics for various oversight stakeholder.
Supplier Sourcing Assessment
-Visit new suppliers with sourcing buyer, evaluating supplier's financial stability, providing assessments to sourcing council.
-Collect required supplier information to do risk due diligence and deliver risk evaluation report.
Supplier Risk Audit and Review
-Periodically audit the existing suppliers regarding financial status, identifying potential risk of financial distress and/or insolvency at suppliers.
-Perform quarterly or timely update on financial review summary for all existing suppliers and prospective suppliers, follow up collecting the market information any time, and deliver the risk warning timely to purchasing team.

-Perform other duties as required
-Reasonably judge, identify, and properly handle all the personal information involved in work, and to learn and master the relevant policies and procedures for Magna's data privacy and personal information management. If necessary, need to sign a relevant "commitment letters" of personal information protection in the future.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related discipline
Work Experience
Minimum 4 years working experience with MNC Finance, Big 4 audit experience or financial analysis experience with MNC is preferred.
