Position Overview:
1. Responsible for Camera Monitoring System and other advanced product, Technical Project Management work of customer projects.
2. This role is based in Shanghai Hongqiao, 5min walk to Rail Station.

Job Responsibility:
1. According to the automotive electronics research and development process, organize and promote technical project management work such as pre-sales, project initiation, research and development, and testing. Coordinate internal and external resources, ensure project technical quotation and development work, and follow customer requirements and company process.
2. Organize the definition of various development milestone, drive the develop process, and carry out corresponding reviews, key document technical reviews, and other work.
3. Responsible for project technical progress, quality, and cost, improving technical project management processes and systems, and improving operational efficiency.
4. Assign and guide cross departmental research and development work, take responsibility for cross departmental organizational work results and performance, and lead project teams to improve performance.
5. Technically assist business colleagues in customer development, demand analysis, and product strategy planning, coordinate resources to implement product development work, meet customer technical needs, and improve customer technical satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or key undergraduate degree in electronics, automation, automotive, computer and other related majors.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Automotive Electronics technology.
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Automotive OEM interface on technical project management level.
4. System (Vehicle) level thinking.
5. Deep understanding of automotive engineering/project management processes.
6. Pro-active and self-motivation.
7. Can work without clear guidance.
8. Very good communication skills.
9. Intercultural competence.
10. Positive thinking.
11. Strong communication skills, Strong leadership.
