Position Overview：
The Tooling Expert is responsible for providing professional technical support in the product development process. This **ition requires a deep understanding and experience in mold design, manufacturing processes, and the automotive components industry. You will be responsible for developing solutions from design to tooling for complex issues and collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality and efficient product development. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the performance of existing designing, while also keeping abreast of emerging tooling technologies and innovations to enhance product development competitiveness.

Job Responsibility：
1. Familiarize oneself with the product and define mold solutions that enhance product functionality, which includes defining mold direction, parting lines, and conducting spatial motion simulations.
2. Participate in complex part mold solution reviews to ensure the mold structure meets product functional requirements.
3. Evaluate the impact of product design on part and mold costs and provide cost-competitive solutions.
4.Conduct technical evaluations and design reviews using mold flow analysis software and provide professional improvement suggestions.
5. Advise on the impact of material selections, surface treatments, and product design on part performance and structure.
6. Have a solid understanding of product design's impact on mold formation, and guide design to avoid cosmetic defects such as weld lines, shrink marks, and flow marks.
7. Collaborate closely with the design team to understand product specifications and requirements, ensuring product design meets mold manufacturing requirements.
8. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure the mold manufacturing process aligns with design requirements.
9. Evaluate the impact of engineering changes during project development on molds, including cost, time, and structural feasibility.
10. Be sensitive to new mold technologies and processes in the market to enhance product development competitiveness.
11. Lead the definition of "mold-design structural standardization" by coordinating relevant parties from different perspectives, such as structures, materials, and surface treatments.
12. Provide professional knowledge and training on mold design to support the development of the design team.
13. Complete other assigned tasks by the leadership.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
2. At least 10 years of experience and expertise in mold design and automotive manufacturing.
3. English can be used as the working language.
4. Proficient in mold forming processes such as injection molding, die-casting, and foaming.
5. Proficient in UG (Unigraphics NX), Moldflow, and other mold design and manufacturing tools.
6. Familiar with the impact of materials and surface treatments on product performance.
7. Cost-conscious with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Able to collaborate with different departments such as design and manufacturing to achieve common goals.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts and ideas.
10. Sensitivity to quality standards and engineering requirements with a commitment to compliance.
11. Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of working under tight project deadlines.
12. Desire and ability to continuously learn and keep up with mold technologies and innovations.
13. Prior experience in the development of interior and exterior products such as optical components and rearview mirrors is a plus.
