职位描述

Mission:

1. Manages shipping (domestics) and import & export schedules according to the internal shipping instruction.

2. Daily coordination with forwarder and local supplier to ensure timely delivery.

3. Be Responsible the whole logistics cost, including breakdown the structure of the cost and analysis to find out opportunities for improvement.

4. Take part in continuous improvement activities in logistics department.




Position Responsiblity:

1. As Domestic & Export delivery & Import coordinator to prepare the shipping documents and arrange inbound and outbound delivery in time.

2. To monitor and management the 3PL suppliers and monthly KPI evaluation.

3. Find any improve case during the cross-function shipping daily work.

4. Check and apply for the logistic supplier payment base on the contract.

5. Ensure the shipping daily work follow the Customs regulation.

6. Apply for the COO documents.

7. Other related work assigned by the leader.




Required Qualifications:

1. Diploma: Bachelor’ s Degree in Logistics, international trade, Supply chain or related field

2. Working Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in 3PL, forwarder, with experience on shipping arrangements.

3. Good command of Microsoft office and English skill are required.

4. Very good coordination skills, sense of urgency, logic and detail oriented.

5. Be able to work independently with patience and good initiatives.

6. Strong self -learning skills.
