Mission:
1. Under the responsibility of the test manager, the Test Engineer has the responsibility to develop and build test systems for electronic modules(Narrow Band and 77G Hz Radar), and also develop and manage ICT tester system
在测试经理的负责下，测试工程师需开发和组建电子模块(窄带和77GHz雷达)的测试系统, 并且建立和管理好ICT测试系统。
2. To be involved and support projects and R&D for tests related issues.
参与并支持测试项目和研发中的相关问题。
3. To support production regarding test requests and issues.
支持生产过程中的测试需求和问题
4. To take lead test improvement in responsible area.
主导在负责工作范围内的测试相关改善

Position Responsiblity:
1. Develop test programs for electrical tests of electronic modules(Narrow Band and 77G Hz Radar),.programming in Labwindows CVI and Teststand.
开发电子模块(窄带和77GHz雷达)的测试程序， 使用的环境编程语言为：Labwindows CVI和Teststand
2. Working with design team to develop specification for test development.
与设计团队一起制定测试开发规范
3. Support in production for test related issues, assistance on unusual technical problems.
支持生产测试相关问题，协助解决异常技术问题。
4. Identify and perform process improvements within the responsible area. Improvements such as quality and production efficiency.
识别并进行责任范围内的工艺改善。比如质量相关以及生产效率相关的改善.
5. Be involved with R&D for design/test issues.
参与和研发同事一起解决设计/测试问题。
6. Be involved or lead projects together with other Magna engineers.
与其他Magna工程师一起参与或主导项目的开发。
7. Collect and track performance to production/quality, such as DPMU/FPY/OEE/Line balance rate
收集并追踪生产和质量的表现，如DPMU/FPY/OEE/Line balance rate。
8. Work with outside supplier and internal team to introduce and validate test equipment and tooling.

Required Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years' experience in Automotive Electronics Manufacturing Test.
至少三年汽车电子制造测试经验。
2. C programming background，knowing of NI Labwindows CVI and NI Teststand is plus.
有C语言背景，会NI Labwindows CVI和NI Teststand优先。
3. Basic knowledge of MSA, PFMEA.
基本的MSA和PFMEA知识。
4. Written and oral in English.
能够运用英语进行口语和书写。
5. Be familiar with CAN Bus.
熟悉CAN总线。
6. NI PCI/PXI product experience is preference
有NI PCI/PXI产品使用经验优先
7. Be good at teamwork.
团队协作能力。

Technical Skills Requirements
1. Experience to work with fixture design.

2. Experience in SW programming. (Labwindows CVI, Teststand, C language)

3. PCI/PXI environment knowledge
PCI/PXI系统知识
4. Statistical knowledge

5. Be familiar with CAN protocol
