Position Overview：
1. This role is to coach DFMEA for mirror and lighting products in IQ-FMEA. Have the capability to lead System FMEA, SW FMEA as plus
2. Extend other engineering method problem solving or DRBFM moderator as plus
3. This role is based in Shanghai Hongqiao, 5min walk to Rail Station.

Job Responsibility:
1. Efficiently lead DFMEA activities to establish, release and improve base-DFMEA for different mirror and lighting products
2. Efficiently establish system FMEA and SW FMEA
3. Work as owner to define DFMEA process and guideline. Plan and improve DFMEA KPI
4. Experience with DRBFM is plus, coach DRBFM activities for major changes /new product/projects
5. Experience in problem solving in systematic way, Work with problem solving method ( 5 times why)
6. Prepare for external audit/customer audit regarding DFMEA
7. Very familiar with IQ-FMEA tool, establish DFMEA tool knowledge pool
8. Provide DFMEA method training to colleagues



Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree and above, majoring in mechatronics engineering
2. 5+ years experiences in product development (incl. technology, process, etc.) for customer projects with SOP,
3. Good at automotive quality management system
4. Good interpersonal understanding & communication skills
5. Strong result and customer oriented.
6. Ability to work initiative, independent propulsion, **itive communication.
7. Proficient in oral and written English
