职位描述

Mission:

1. Operations Controller is responsible for the consistency and the accuracy of the finance information of the company.

运营财务经理负责公司财务信息的一致性和准确性。

2. To ensure the compliance of local GAAP and Magna accounting requirements.

确保遵守当地GAAP和Magna的会计要求。

3. To provide financial analysis and continuously improve the internal control.

Position Responsiblity:

1. Lead Operations Finance function, ensure the integrity of the accounting policies and accuracy of finance systems.

领导运营财务团队，确保财务政策的合规性和财务系统信息的正确性。

2. Prepare Operations financial report , monthly/quarterly/annually vs. the budget and forecast. Provide analysis on financial data.

编制工厂财务报告，包括月度、季度和年度与预算和预测的对比，提供财务分析报告。

3. Coordinates Operations annual business plan review and completes plant budgets.

协调工厂年度业务计划审查并完成工厂预算编制

4. Review and approve for PR, expense report and other expense requests.

审查和批准公关、费用报告和其他费用申请。

5. Maintain the accounting book and prepare the financial reports in accordance with finance manual and local regulations.

维护会计账簿并根据财务手册和当地法规，编制公司的财务报告。

6. Support the internal/external audit.

支持内外部审计。

7. Working capital and CAPEX planning. Control capital expense according to the budget.

营运资本和CAPEX规划。根据预算控制资本支出。

8. Be responsible for liaise with local tax and finance authorities.

与当地税务和财政部门的联络工作。

9. Build up financial procedures, following Magna Compliance requirements and Risk Management.

10. Work closely with other departments to define continuous improvement opportunities and actions.

11. Perform SOX walk-through and physical count of fixed assets & inventory.

对固定资产和库存进行SOX检查和实物清点。

12. Ensure all safety rules and regulations are followed. Review and adhere to CFX-specific health and safety, environmental, and quality standards, operating procedures, and policies.

Position requirements:

1. Diploma: Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance.

学历要求：本科及以上学历，会计或金融类专业毕业。

2. Working Experience: 4-6+ years financial management and leadership experience in a manufacturing plant, preferably in the automotive industry.

工作经验要求：4-6年以上制造工厂（尤其是汽车行业）的财务管理和领导经验。

3. Familiar with ERP systems with implementation experience

熟悉ERP系统，有实施该系统的经验

4. Language: Be able to communicate fluently in written and spoken Chinese as well as English;

5. Must be able to display and interpret the financial statement with the varieties tools;

能运用各种工具来解释财务结果和财务状况；
