职位描述

Position Overview
1、The Software Quality Assurance role is mainly to Ensure the delivered product meets customer expectation with high quality through coaching and auditing project team in process adherence, and continuously improve the process to ensure the efficiency of both engineering and quality activities for Magna CMS/DMS/Lighting products.
2、This role is based in Shanghai Hongqiao, 5min walk to Rail Station.

Job Responsibility
1、Participate in software development and test process definition, fulfillment promotion on customer projects, and continuous improvement and optimization of process.
2、Define project software quality assurance plan, ensure software development, and test activities and outcomes compliant with process defined, support software gates review, etc.
3、Create software quality measurement framework and indicators, gather, and analyze software project data, evaluate the quality of software work products.
4、Lead Magna internal audits and customer audits, pro**e process improvement suggestion, and follow up until findings are resolved.
5、Regularly report the software quality, identify quality issues, pro**e solutions against quality issues, etc.
6、Define training plan and fulfill the training to team about quality awareness, process, critical quality issues, etc.

Qualifications：
1、Bachelor’s degree and above, majoring in computer science, electronics, software engineering, or equivalent
2、Minimum 10 years experiences, at least 5 years’ experience in software quality assurance in automotive industry, having additional partial or complete software engineering experience (e.g., development, test, project management) is must.
3、Proficient in ASPICE, Provisional Assessor is preferred.
4、Experience with full life cycle software development following CMMI, ASPICE, SAFe Agile, etc.
5、Familiar with configuration management and tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, DOORs, Git, etc.)
6、Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO26262, ISO21434, etc.)
7、Solid experience in organize and conduct internal and external audit.
8、Good interpersonal understanding & communication skills
9、Strong result and customer oriented.
10、Ability to work initiative, independent propulsion, **itive communication.
11、Proficient in oral and written English
