Position Overview
This **ition responsible for developing and implementing regional total rewards programs, operating the existing programs such as Total Compensation Survey, EEPPP, Regional Benefits Plans, etc., and ensuring the alignment with Magna’s global and regional total rewards strategy. This **ition will focus on China region, this **ition will mainly focus on the China region and provide certain assistance to other Asia countries.
Job Responsibility
Job Catalog and Grading System
-Lead job matching to ensure appropriate and compliant job classification.
-Maintain appropriate salary ranges that fit for the region.
-Coordinate the continuous improvement of Global Job Catalogue
Total Rewards Plan Design and Management
-Contribute to regional total rewards strategy to ensure Magna compensation and benefits programs are competitive in attracting, developing, and retaining key talents under the principle of global total rewards guideline and company values.
-Partnering with business clients and HRBP team in the design of compensation and benefits programs and ensure market competitiveness, employee’s well-being and compliance with local regulations.
-Ensure annual C&B process such as annual compensation planning, total compensation survey, EEPPP, ongoing pricing run flawlessly, and actively improve the efficiency and effectiveness. Regularly analysis the compensation to identify potential addressing areas.
-Develop and implement creative non-financial rewards such as work-life balance plan and recognition programs to drive employee engagement and retain talents.
-Researching and analyzing the level and effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, continuously optimize these programs.
-Design and implement total rewards communication to ensure managers and employees understanding and maximize total compensation value, improve the perception on company’s total rewards programs.
Vendor Management
-Partner with external compensation & benefit companies to obtain annual salary information and ensure appropriate country salary structures are in place.
-Monitor country-level vendor’ performance to ensure the on-going services met or exceeded agreed service level, and service issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
-Leverage external vendors’ resources to support internal initiatives.
Others
-Provide support and advisory to Payroll, Employee Relation, Individual Income Tax and HR Digitalization and broader HR topics.
-Perform other duties as required.
-Reasonably judge, identify, and properly handle all the personal information involved in work, and to learn and master the relevant policies and procedures for Magna's data privacy and personal information management. If necessary, need to sign a relevant "commitment letters" of personal information protection in the future.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Education
-Preferable majoring in Human Resources
-Education: Bachelor and above
Work Experience
-Professional with certain expertise within C&B function 8+ years as common
-Previous experience in a HR consulting firm advisory role would be preferred
Managerial Experience
-Require min 3 years lead country/regional level Project/ Lead professionals.
-Previous experience on people management would be preferred
