职位描述

Position Overview
1、The Senior Software Engineer (SOC) role is mainly responsible for technical lead of software development including software requirement specification clarification and definition, architecture design and implementation in line with ASPICE and processes defined for Magna CMS/DMS/Lighting products.
2、This role is based in Shanghai Hongqiao, 5min walk to Rail Station.

Job Responsibility
1、Lead the review of customers' standards specification and other documentation to determine software requirements.
2、Guide the software architecture and high-level design development including FuSa, CS, etc.
3、Communicate with global team for any architectural or key technical topics and coordinate the work within team.
4、Make sure the software and system architectures are in synchronization.
5、Oversee progress of development team to ensure technical consistency with initial design.
6、Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
7、Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
8、Resolve technical disputes and make trade-offs and resolve technical problems.
9、Support RFQ activities related to applicable customer programs.

Qualification：
1、Bachelor’s degree and above, majoring in computer science, electronics, software engineering, or equivalent
2、Minimum 10 years experiences in embedded software development for customer projects with SOP, and at least minimum 2 years’ experience in SoC-based software architect or expert or equivalent roles.
3、Familiar with automotive V-model, and software engineering process including requirement, design, coding, and testing. Familiar with software process standard, such as CMMI, ASPICE, Agile, etc. Successful ASPICE certificate experience on actual customer project is preferred.
4、Strong knowledge and experience of SoC/MCU/CAN/LIN/UART/GPIO/I2C/SPI/ETH/UDS/RTOS.
5、Experienced in AUTOSAR.
6、Proficient in MBD, OOAD, modelling tool (EA, etc.).
7、Familiar with embedded software toolchain like DOORs, EA, JIRA, Git, QAC, Vector Cast, CANoe, Lauterbach, Davinci configurator and developer, dSpace, etc.
8、Experienced in CNN integration in ARM core is as plus.
9、Experienced in Functional Safety and Cyber Security is a plus.
