Mission:

1. Highest priority to focus on the customer complaint and lead internal improvement

优先处理客户投诉并领导内部改进

2. Lead the team for quality continuous improvement to achieve ZERO defects target

3. Support SQA for supplier quality issue improvement

支持SQA对供应商质量问题进行改进

4. Line audit to ensure production & process quality under control / other tasks

生产线审核，确保生产和过程质量在控制之下

Position Responsiblity:

Highest priority to focus on the customer complaint and lead internal improvement

优先处理客户投诉并领导内部改进

1. Work with CQ closely for customer complaint due to production or process issue

与CQ紧密合作，处理因生产或工艺问题引起的客户投诉

2. Lead internal improvement to meet customer satisfaction via 8D concept

通过8D概念，领导内部改进以满足客户满意度

3. Support CQ for customer other requirement

支持客户的其他需求

Lead the team for quality continuous improvement to achieve ZERO defects target

带领团队进行质量持续改进以达到零缺陷目标

1. Preliminary analysis for all production quality issue and lead the team to find root cause

对所有生产质量问题进行初步分析，并带领团队找出根本原因

2. Follow up all improvement actions by daily / weekly / monthly tracking

通过每日/每周/每月跟进所有改进行动

3. Involved in and monitor the ZERO defect activity

参与并监督零缺陷活动

4. Lead long term quality improvement by workshop

领导车间的长期质量改进

5. Hold parts risk assessment and lead rework if necessary due to production or process issue

进行零部件风险评估，并在生产或工艺问题需要时进行返工

6. Follow up the scrap performance and assign tasks to related owners

跟踪报废情况，并向相关业主分配任务

Support SQA for supplier quality issue improvement

支持SQA对供应商质量问题进行改进

1. Preliminary analysis and feedback supplier quality issue to SQA by MQR procedure

通过MQR程序对供应商质量问题进行初步分析并反馈给SQA

2. Follow up the material status after supplier improvement

跟踪供应商改进后的物料状况

Line audit to ensure production & process quality under control / other tasks

进行生产线审核，确保生产和过程质量在控制之下

1. Daily line “ Go & See “ especially for operator handling risk and follow up the corrective actions

对操作人员进行风险处理和纠正措施的跟踪

2. Involved in the “ Go & See ” FMEA activity lead by process department

参与由制程部门领导的“Go & See”FMEA活动

3. Involved in other quality activity such as operator competition /best quality shift / good behavior / suggestion / YOKOTEN / Lesson learn……

参与其他质量活动，如操作员竞赛/良好行为/建议/ YOKOTEN /经验学习......

4. Involved in CPC procedure to ensure no quality issue happen due to any 5M change

参与CPC程序，确保不因5M变化而产生质量问题




Position requirements:

Required Qualifications

1. Diploma: Bachelor’s degree

**:学士学位

2. Working Experience:

Minimum 5 years Quality or Manufacturing experience in automotive manufacturing

至少5年汽车制造业质量或制造经验

Experience of team work with production / process / R&D team

具有生产/工艺/研发团队合作经验

3. Language: Fluent English

语言:流利的英语
