职位描述

Mission:

Corporate with global supplier management team, take the role as China responsible person in：

1. Identification for the Strategic Suppliers

2. ESM process improvements and adherence from the programs.

- Change management

- Claim management

- GPEP Deliverables

- Aspice Compliance

3. ESM Key Supplier management, incl. CV Supplier, Software Supplier, big Software Service Provider

4. Supplier Development, audits, and monthly management meetings




Position Responsiblity:

1. Responsible for Statement of Work (sow) definition.

2. Work with Cross-function, and global team, get alignment with departments.

3. Make Supplier management plan.

4. Supplier Sourcing process Improvement and evaluating new Suppliers.

5. Strategic Supplier Evaluation and development, of current supplier systematically and objectively based on Criteria and Goal.

6. Taking technical and quality leadership within the programs

7. Monitor Supplier Performance within the programs, LOP meetings establishment, commitments, RASIC, DIA.)

8. Ensure ESM process align with Compliance and Company Standards.

9. Resource provisioning.

10. Approval of deliverables.

11. Contracting and Change Management.

12. Quality Program Implementation.

13. Audit Support.




Position requirements:

1. Diploma: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics Engineering.

2. Working Experience: 5 to 10 years’ automotive active safety experience, electronics/semiconductor background is preferred.

3. Language: Excellent spoken and written English

4. Ability to work effectively within global team, cross functional team
