Job Responsibility：
1. Establish and consolidate all engineering development and quality process… in a product tailoring, balancing, efficient way. Implement and track it.
2. Promote and train team with quality/process driven mindset. Track the implementation and progress.
3. Problem solving, lesson learnt, competitive analysis and department master training plan coordination.
4. As problem solving expert to lead critical problem solving/ task forces.
5. PMO
6. Proactively give pro**al to management.
7. Work with 6 local plants and other regional and global interfaces.
8. Strictly follow company culture and code.


Qualifications:
1. 4-year bachelor’s degree and above, major in engineering. Electronics or Mechatronics.
2. 2+ years experienced in top global tier1 company is a must.
3. 8+ years in automotive engineering/quality area.
4. 3+ years in automotive electronics R&D. Experienced one full design project following automotive development process.
5. Strong and solid background in complex automotive component development and quality management.
6. Very familiar with complex core/application design/quality process and mindset. Has its own understanding how to establish and implement a tailored efficient engineering process.
7. Proactively seeking for improvement area, get approval and implement it in systematic way.
8. Proven strong problem solving skill with systematic approach.
9. Open-minded.
10. Strong self-disciplined, self-motivated, and self-driven.
11. Work under pressure.
12. Brave to escalate in time in a proper way.
13. Good and clear communication with engineering, manufacturing, customer, external quality.
