职位描述

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE职位目标：
To maintain headlamp, rear lamp, and components light test/electrical test machine for production.
负责生产线汽车大灯、尾灯及零部件光电性能测试设备的运行维护工作
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible of testing machine maintenance, including mechanical, electrical components repairing and
replacement, and spare parts planning.
负责测试设备的维护保养, 包括机械、电气件的维修更换及备件计划等
• Responsible of testing machine trouble shooting, including mechanical, electrical, PLC programming, testing
sequence.
负责测试设备的故障修复,包括机械、电气、PLC 程序、测试程序等
Responsible of testing machine optimization, including testing sequence, testing parameter, traceability
connection etc.
负责测试设备的优化, 包括测试流程、测试参数、追溯系统连接等
• Responsible of adding product variant on existing machine
负责添加产品类型及其测试流程到现有的设备
• Supporting product/production issue analysis related to light test/electrical test/bus communication etc.
支持与测试及通讯相关的产品或生产问题的分析解决
• Documentation, versioning and change management.
维护、设备变更、程序更新等的文档记录
• Training of users
对设备使用人员进行培训

REQUIREMENTS 任职要求：
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or relevant.
电气工程、自动化、机电一体化及相关专业 本科
LANGUAGES: English with basic Oral & Written skill 基本英语口语及书写

EXPERIENCES 经验:
• Basic knowledge on mechanical design and manufacturing
了解机械零件设计加工的基础知识
• Knowledge on electrical/electronic components and circuits
掌握电子电气零件及电路的相关知识
• Basic knowledge on bus communication systems (LIN, CAN, Ethernet) and MCU
了解通信网络相关的基础知识（LIN,CAN,Ethernet）及单片机相关知识
• Experience with PLC programming (SIEMENS / BECKHOFF or other)
有（西门子/倍福或其它）PLC 编程经验
• Experience in the field of automotive component production testing development or maintenance
有汽车行业生产测试设备开发或维护经验，
