职位描述

职责描述：
1.Support R&D, Project Buyer and Development Team in Supplier selection of new buy components from external supplier and all sourcing phases.

2.Ensure risk analysis evaluation in the early project phase.

3.Participate to Technical Review and validate suppliers solutions in terms of Quality, Capability and Timing in line with the project team.

4.Ensure the transmission and implementation of Specific Customer requirements.

5.Drive the Project Review with the suppliers.

6.SDE is in charge of the PPAP approval process (including tool payments when relevant and the temporary approval management when applicable) .

7.Support Change Management process and promote second sourcing.

8.Take decisions, autonomously solve problems, escalate properly.

9.Work across a global, matrixed organization, sharing and learning best practices.

10.Act in accordance with Magneti Marelli procedures and Operative Instructions.

11.Close cooperation with Project Buyer.

12.Good cooperation and communication with Commodity Organization.

13.Good cooperation and communication with Project team and Suppliers.

14.Participate to any relevant technical meeting with R&D and Suppliers.

15.Support the definition of the RFQ Package for new components.

16.Perform requirements review and organize technical meetings and drawing/specifications reviews with suppliers and Development Team.

17.Support any APQP reporting requested at plant/BL level.

任职要求：
1.Education degree: Preferred Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Chemical, Industrial degree or equivalent
2.Communication skills, Fluent English mandatory , knowledge of an additional language is appreciate.

10.Experienced in Process Audits.
11.Qualified Auditor according VDA 6.3
12.Knowledge and practice of quality tools :FMEA, SPC , Pareto…
13.Knowledge and experience in problem solving methods: 8D, 5 whys, Ishikawa, FTA, LLC…
14.Knowledge of Quality Norms: IATF- S TS 16949
15.Knowledge of Automotive Industry Requirements
16.Knowledge of Quality, Environmental and safety requirements
17.Project Management knowledge
18.MS office user: Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, Windows, Power point, Internet,…
19.Professional experience in automotive industry preferred (minimum 5 years with 2 years in quality field)
