职位描述

Lean deployment within the entire plant organization 在整个工厂组织内进行精益部署
Implement the OPEX standards within the plant. 在工厂内执行OPEX标准
Ensure the follow-up of the OPEX standards in all plant areas. 确保在所有工厂区域执行OPEX标准
Provide Lean training to the plant employees 为工厂员工提供精益培训
Perform SMED analysis 执行快速换型分析
Perform Kaizen activities. 执行改善活动
Perform current & future state mappings for the manufacturing process and other relevant process. 对生产过程和其他相关过程进行当前和未来的状态分析
Perform the OPEX self-assessment and participate in the OPEX audit. 进行OPEX自我评估并参与OPEX审核
Participate in the regular meetings with the OPEX Regional Leader + all region OPEX plant representatives. 参加OPEX区域领导和所有区域OPEX工厂代表的例会
Participate in the Global OPEX regular meetings. 参加全球OPEX例会
Support Customer Lean Audit/Visits支持客户精益审核/拜访
Other tasks assigned by department manager 部门经理布置的其他任务
任职要求
Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in IE is preferred.
本科或更高学历，工业工程专业尤佳。
3-5 years work experience in LEAN/IE field 在精益/工业工程领域有3-5年的工作经验
Improvement project management experience 拥有改善项目管理经验
Layout design experience 布局规划经验
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing (5S, PDCA, Kaizen, Kanban etc.) and Six Sigma statistical analysis 熟悉精益生产（5S, PDCA, Kaizen, Kanban etc.) 及六西格玛统计分析
Ability to give Lean Manufacturing trainings能够提供精益生产培训
LEAN tools精益工具
AutoCAD, Microsoft office, etc AutoCAD 及办公软件等
