职位描述

Main task:
Tooling/fixture design/modification and preventive/predictive maintenance improvement activities to keep equipment and tooling in adequate conditions. And process engineering supporting.


Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for tooling/fixture design/modification. Responsibilities in this area including supporting process engineer modifying fixture, re-designing tooling, tracking the tooling/fixture status until verification, etc.
• Improve/implement proactive maintenance activities to keep equipment in good conditions (from equipment design phase to EOP).
• Quick equipment problem solving with PE/PLC/Maintenance, etc. to keep delivery in time.
• Review equipment down time and analysis spare parts consumption regularly and continuous reduce equipment down time and spare parts cost.
• Provide technical (not limited to mechanical knowledge) support to internal customers. Responsibilities in this area including root cause analysis with PE/QE/LE/PLC, Spare parts management, Maintenance technicians training, etc.
• Continue CIP activities to improve engineering and production process efficiency.


Competencies and experiences:
• Bachelor’s degree in the field of mechanical or M&E or similar
• Min. 8-10 years of professional experience in maintenance scope
• Profound analytical and problem solving hand-on operations skills
• Auto CAD experience, MS Office knowledge and PLC understanding
• Good mechanical and technical skills
• Knowledge of using simulation software
• Good communication skills
• Can read English documents
• Basic equipment lean knowledge
• Automotive background preferred
