Job Responsibilities:
• Introduce ECU & Electronic part supplier resource and sub-supplier resource.
• Work with the sourcing team to review the quality system of potential ECU & Electronic part supplier, perform potential supplier assessments.
• Conduct audits, technical assessments and process review and follow up corresponding actions.
• Lead APQP and drive improvement with electronic supplier.
• Monitor the progress of the supplier PPAP and ensure final submission.
• Support resourcing and ECU & Electronic part supplier MCIP activities and give cost reduction idea.
• Coordinate resolution of quality problems of ECU & Electronic part supplier.
• Train the other SDE about ECU & Electronic part technology and process knowledge.
• Conduct supplier quality training on Phinia requirements of ECU & Electronic part.
• Maintain required documentation and files.
• Complete other work assigned by manager.


Qualification:
Education: B.S degree with a major in Electronics or microelectronics or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 year of experience in electronic parts supplier development.
Language: Proficient oral & written English skills
Computer: Good command of related software
Technical Skill: Proficient in print reading and interpretation and part measurement
Demonstrated knowledge of ECU/PCBA/IC process, quality control and failure analysis. Familiar with wafer, resistance, capacitance process and quality control method.
Demonstrated knowledge of IATF 16949 and its tools, AEC-Q/ESD standard.
Soft Skill: Knowledge of corporate and division supplier quality standards, policies, and procedures.
