职位描述

Major Job Responsibilities
• To perform, plan and develop Produce Test & Validation for Electronic Control Units（ECU）
• To lead customer communication on the validation plan
• To perform and develop activities plans and reliability prediction for new design and required products
• To perform and reports failure analysis.
• To perform new validation equipment evaluation
• Support, develop and promote new technology and processes
• Meets Departmental Cost / Quality / Objectives
• Coordinate validation test facilities per product development requirements
• Ensure Lab. equipment are in good working condition

Qualifications
• B.S. or higher degree in Engineering
• With a least 3 years of electronic product test or validation engineering working experience, especially in Environmental and Dynamic Field
• Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required
• Good understanding of ECU products will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge of and/or skill in setting up lab quality system in compliance with iso7025 will be an added advantage
• Good understanding and/or knowledge of automotive electronics will be an advantage
• With task and work planning skill
• PC application skills
